At Dr Organics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent refund and return process for orders within Pakistan.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Please note: Used or opened items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty.

📦 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Our team will review and provide return instructions.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are made via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or wrongly delivered items. If the exact product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative or request a refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping.
  • In other cases, the customer is responsible for return courier charges.
